Setup, trial and billing details
We confirm live workflows, voice allowances, integrations and launch readiness with you. A seven-day subscription trial is available when activation is agreed. Portal refunds follow the published 14-day policy from the initial charge.
- Prices are in USD. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
- Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
- Custom implementation, data migration, third-party licenses, and additional usage are separate when required; agree the scope and costs before activation.
Pricing questions and payment terms
What does the $250 project minimum mean?
Projects start at $250. Your final price depends on what you need built and the work required to create and implement it. We talk through your needs first, then provide a written quote covering scope, delivery, implementation, and any ongoing maintenance. Your deposit is based on the final quote. $250 is the minimum project price, not a standard deposit.
Is ongoing maintenance included in a project price?
Hosting, third-party services, revisions, and ongoing maintenance are scoped and priced in your quote. They vary by project.
Can I build my own package?
Yes. Choose software, phone answering, custom work, and support in the package builder. It shows the software subtotal and items that need a quote. Lite plus standalone CRM uses the existing $129/month bundle. Other combinations do not receive an automatic discount.
When am I charged?
The package builder and quote request do not take payment. Lite, CRM, and their bundle offer a seven-day subscription trial at checkout, then monthly billing. The assisted Briq trial has a separate $97 deposit credited toward setup if you continue. Assisted packages and custom work have the payment schedule in the agreed quote.
Are the industry portals ready for my live data?
Their current screens show sample data, and some controls and integrations still need implementation. Preview them first. We scope the live workflows, data handling, setup, and launch plan before activating a subscription.
What may cost extra?
Applicable tax, additional AI or phone usage, third-party services, data migration, custom integrations, hosting, and maintenance may be separate. The quote and checkout identify which apply. A software subtotal does not include work that has not been scoped.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel software subscriptions through the customer portal to stop future renewal charges; cancel during a subscription trial to avoid the first charge. The published portal refund policy covers requests within 14 days of the initial charge. Managed support has its own agreement and notice terms; custom work and deposits follow the written quote. Read the cancellation and refund policies before payment.
